1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing RVHustle.com, subscribing to our newsletter, or requesting a video audit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. The Audit Service

RVHustle provides automated monetization audits of publicly available YouTube videos (the "Audit Service"). By submitting a video URL, you represent that either (a) you own or manage the submitted channel, or (b) the content is publicly available and your request does not violate any third party's rights. Audits are based exclusively on publicly available data; we never request or access private accounts, passwords, or analytics.

Free service and limits. The Audit Service is currently provided free of charge, limited to one audit per channel per day. We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue the Service — in whole or for any individual user — at any time, at our sole discretion, including declining requests that appear automated, abusive, or outside our supported niche.

AI-generated content. Audit reports are produced with the assistance of automated and AI-based systems. While we verify findings against source material, reports may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. All findings, scores, and estimates are informational only and do not guarantee any revenue outcome.

3. No Professional Advice

The content provided by RVHustle, including audit reports, technical strategies, automation guides, and monetization tips, is for educational and informational purposes only. We are not financial, legal, or professional advisors. Any implementation of the strategies shared is done at your own risk. We do not guarantee specific income results or business outcomes.

4. License to Submitted Data & Derived Insights

By using the Audit Service, you grant DevAleph LLC a worldwide, royalty-free license to collect, store, process, and analyze the publicly available data associated with submitted videos for the purposes of (a) generating your report, (b) improving the Service, and (c) producing aggregated, anonymized statistics, benchmarks, and cross-channel analyses.

All audit reports, scores, methodologies, benchmarks, and derived datasets are and remain the exclusive property of DevAleph LLC. Your report is licensed to you for your personal and business use; the underlying analysis, methodology, and data remain ours.

5. Anonymized Sharing

We may publish anonymized excerpts, statistics, and findings from audits — including screenshots and video summaries with identifying details removed or obscured — on our website, newsletter, and social media channels for educational and promotional purposes. Anonymized material will not include your channel name, username, video title, or verbatim quotes from your content.

Identifiable features, such as named case studies or creator spotlights, are published only with your prior consent, and declining changes nothing about the report you receive.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links in our reports, newsletter, website, and social content are affiliate links: if you sign up or purchase through them, RVHustle may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are based on our audit findings and experience; affiliate status does not change the findings in your report.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to the RVHustle brand, logos, audit methodology, report formats, and technical guides) are and will remain the exclusive property of DevAleph LLC and its licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Third-Party Content & Trademarks

YouTube video content, channel names, and product or brand names referenced in audits belong to their respective owners. RVHustle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, Amazon, or any brand or creator mentioned in a report, unless expressly stated.

9. User Conduct & Eligibility

You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Service. You may not attempt to circumvent usage limits, submit automated or bulk requests, or reverse-engineer any automation scripts or technical systems presented on this site for commercial resale without express written permission.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevAleph LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, including submitting content you were not entitled to submit.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RVHustle, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

In any event, the total aggregate liability of DevAleph LLC arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).

12. External Links

Our Service contains links to third-party websites, services, and affiliate partners (such as YouTube, Facebook, Kit, and Amazon) that are not owned or controlled by RVHustle. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
